What happens when I call for a porta potty?

When you call, you talk to a person in Aiken who can book the unit on that call. We ask for the address or ZIP, the dates, the type of event or job, the head count, and where the unit should go. You get an itemized quote by text or email, usually within 15 minutes.

  1. Call or request a quote. Phone is fastest. The form works after hours.
  2. Review the itemized quote. It lists unit, rental days, delivery, pickup, service visits and tax.
  3. Approve and pay. Pay by card. The date is held once payment clears.
  4. Get a delivery text. The driver texts when on the way and sends a photo when the unit is set.

Start with a quick call

We quote on the phone and text you the itemized version.

How does delivery and placement work?

Delivery happens between 7 AM and 7 PM on the scheduled day. The driver places the unit on flat, firm ground within about 25 feet of where the truck parks, checks that the door closes and latches, and texts a photo. You do not need to be home if the spot is clear.

  • Gates and codes: send the code, or leave the gate open. Locked gates cause a return trip fee.
  • Truck clearance: the truck needs about 10 feet of width and 12 feet of height.
  • Soft ground: after heavy rain, the driver may set the unit on the closest firm spot.
  • HOAs and permits: placement on streets or sidewalks needs a permit. Private property usually does not.

How are porta potties cleaned and restocked?

Porta potties on rentals longer than 7 days are serviced once a week on a set day. The driver pumps the tank, washes the seat, urinal and walls, adds deodorizer and fresh water, and restocks paper. Hand washing stations are drained and refilled. Extra visits can be added any day.

Call or text if a unit needs attention between visits. Extra service in the Aiken area is billed per unit, per visit, and listed on your next bill.

How do extensions and pickup work?

To extend a rental, call or text before your pickup date, and the rental continues with weekly service. To end it, call or text for pickup. Event units are picked up on the agreed day, usually Monday. Monthly billing stops on the day you request pickup, and the last cycle is prorated by the week.

Leave the unit closed and reachable on pickup day. Do not move a full unit yourself. Read the full rental terms for payment, damage and cancellation details.

How rental works questions

These {'how rental works'} answers are short on purpose: the answer first, then any condition that changes it. They cover the details renters usually check before paying. Still unsure about your own site or dates? Call (803) 343-9386 and get a straight answer from the Aiken office.

Do I have to sign anything?

You approve the quote by text or email and agree to our rental terms when you pay. There is no long contract.

Can someone else pay for the rental?

Yes. The payer and the on-site contact can be different people. We text both.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes, free with at least 24 hours notice before delivery, if a unit is open on the new date.

What if the unit is placed in the wrong spot?

Call or text right away. If the driver misread the spot, we move it free.

Do you remove the unit if I am not home?

Yes. Pickup does not require you to be there, as long as the truck can reach the unit.
