Is a monthly rental billed by calendar month?
No. Monthly rentals bill every 28 days, which is exactly 4 weekly services. The last cycle is prorated by the week when you call for pickup.
Do you charge a weekend fee for Saturday events?
No. Saturday and Sunday events are delivered Friday and picked up Monday for the same event price. A fee applies only if you need the drop itself on a Saturday or Sunday.
Do you offer discounts?
Orders over 10 units, contractor accounts with several sites, nonprofits and churches can ask for a volume or nonprofit quote. Tax-exempt groups should send their exemption certificate.
Do I pay up front?
Event rentals are paid when booked. Monthly rentals charge the card on file at the start of each 28-day cycle.
