Delivery and timing
How far ahead should I book a porta potty?
Book standard units 3 to 7 days ahead for most dates. Book 2 to 4 weeks ahead for spring and fall weekends, and 6 to 10 weeks ahead for Masters week and the Aiken Triple Crown. Same-day is possible when you order by noon, Monday through Saturday.
What time will the driver arrive?
Deliveries run between 7 AM and 7 PM. We give you a window when the route is set the morning of delivery, and the driver texts when on the way.
Can you guarantee an exact delivery time?
No. Routes change with traffic and other stops. That is why event units go out the day before the event.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We deliver on most holidays that fall Monday through Saturday, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. Book holiday weekends early.
Do you deliver to Georgia?
Yes. We deliver to Augusta, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown and the rest of Richmond and Columbia counties.
Will the driver call before arriving?
The driver texts when on the way and sends a photo when the unit is placed. Ask for a call instead if you prefer.
My address does not show on GPS. What do I do?
Text us a map pin from your phone. Our drivers use the pin, which works for farms, hunting land and new subdivisions.
Can you deliver to a new subdivision lot with no street sign?
Yes. Give us the lot number and a map pin, or the builder's site plan.
Pricing and payment
Is the price per day?
No. Event rentals are priced per event (up to 4 days). Jobsite rentals are priced per 7 days or per 28 days. A standard event unit starts at $165.
Is the delivery fee charged per unit?
No. Delivery and pickup are charged once per order, not per unit.
Do you add a fuel surcharge?
No. The quote you approve is what you pay, plus sales tax.
Can I pay cash?
Card is preferred because it holds your date. Cash or check can be arranged for local customers who pay before delivery.
When is my card charged?
Event rentals are charged when booked. Monthly rentals are charged at the start of each 28-day cycle.
Do you take purchase orders from businesses or schools?
Yes. Send the PO with the order, and we invoice against it.
Are churches and nonprofits tax-exempt?
Exempt groups should send their SC exemption certificate before the rental is billed, and we remove the tax.
Can you hold a price while I check with my board?
Yes. We hold a written quote for 7 days. The date is reserved once it is paid.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Ask for the military discount when you call, and have your ID ready at booking.
Units and supplies
Do porta potties come with toilet paper?
Yes, every unit comes stocked. Event units get an extra roll.
Do porta potties have lights inside?
Standard units have a translucent roof for daylight. For night use, add a battery light or place units near outdoor lighting. Trailers and VIP restrooms have lights.
Do porta potties smell?
A clean, serviced unit has a mild deodorizer smell. Odor rises when units sit in full sun or go too long between services. Shade and on-time service fix most odor.
What is the blue liquid in a porta potty?
The blue liquid is a deodorizer that controls odor and breaks down waste. We add a fresh charge at every service.
Can I throw trash in the porta potty?
No. Trash, wipes, diapers and food make the tank hard to pump and may add a cleanup fee. Put a trash can outside the unit.
Do you have pink units for women-only events?
Some of our standard units are pink. Ask when you book.
Do you rent urinal stations?
Not at this time. Every standard unit already has a urinal inside.
Can I get a unit with a baby changing table?
Ask us. Our restroom trailers have counter space, and some units have a fold-down shelf.
Placement and site
How much space does a porta potty need?
A standard unit needs about 4 feet by 4 feet, plus room for the door to swing open. Leave a clear path for the delivery dolly.
Can a porta potty go on grass?
Yes. Grass works when it is level and firm. After heavy rain, the driver may choose the firmest spot nearby.
Can it sit on a concrete slab or driveway?
Yes. Concrete and asphalt are ideal because they are flat and easy to clean around.
How close does the truck need to get?
The truck should park within about 25 feet of the unit for delivery and service. Longer carries slow service and may add a fee.
Can you put the porta potty in my backyard?
Yes, if the gate is at least 48 inches wide for a standard unit, and the path is level. Narrower gates mean the unit goes in the side yard or driveway.
Will a porta potty damage my lawn?
A unit can leave a square of yellow grass after a long rental. It grows back. We avoid ruts by staying off wet lawns with the truck.
Will a porta potty blow over in a storm?
Strong wind can tip an empty unit. On open land we strap or stake units when storms are forecast. Call us if a unit tips, and we will clean and reset it.
Can I move the porta potty myself?
Please do not. A used unit is heavy and can spill. Call us, and we will move it.
Service, extensions and pickup
How often are porta potties cleaned?
Once a week on rentals longer than 7 days, included in the price. Extra visits can be added.
What happens during a service visit?
The driver pumps the tank, scrubs the seat, urinal, floor and walls, adds deodorizer and restocks paper and soap.
Can I add an extra cleaning before an inspection or event?
Yes. Call or text a day ahead, and we add a visit on the date you need.
How do I extend my rental?
Call or text before the pickup date. The rental continues with weekly service and no new delivery fee.
How do I schedule pickup?
Call or text the address and the day you want it gone. Monthly billing stops on the day you call.
What if the unit is still there after my pickup date?
Call us. If we missed it, there is no extra charge for the extra days.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
No. Keep the unit reachable and the gate open.
Rules, permits and safety
Do I need a permit for a porta potty in Aiken?
Not on private property in most cases. Units on streets, sidewalks or public right-of-way, and units for parades, street closings and park events usually need a permit. Check with the city or county office that controls the land.
Does my HOA have to approve a porta potty?
Many HOAs allow temporary units during construction or repairs but set placement or time limits. Check your covenants before delivery.
Is a porta potty required on a construction site?
Yes. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c) requires toilets on construction sites, based on the number of workers.
How many accessible units does an event need?
At least 5% of the portable units in each cluster, and at least 1, under the 2010 ADA Standards §213.2 for public facilities.
Is it legal to dump porta potty waste on my land?
No. Waste must go to a permitted treatment facility. We haul it from your site to a licensed disposal point.
